We took advantage of several opportunities in the contracting industry and the fact that there were very few local contracting companies that were able to implement major projects in the country. Our moral motivation was strengthened by the desire to engage qualified graduates in the company thus contributing to reduce the problem of unemployment in the country.
Through dedication and hard working of the management and technical staff, the company has built a reputation in the construction business by successfully implementing various projects including Rural Electrification in Tanzania.
We are registered by the Contractors Registration Board (CRB)

Bashar Seif Sailo is electrical engineer with more than 29 years of experience in electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning of engineering projects.
He has been engaged in planning and managing of construction projects in Medium and Low Voltage Lines, Installation of Distribution transformers.

The experience in electrical systems engineering includes the design, construction and operation of MV substations, distribution and supply networks; the assembling, wiring, testing, installation and commissioning of electric machinery and equipment such as Switchboards, transformers, generators, etc., Feasibility studies, appraisals, project management, planning design and supervision of engineering projects.
